Are they safe?
Our products comply with the EU directives on the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, known as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
These regulations aim to reduce the use of harmful substances in electrical and electronic products, helping to protect both the environment and public health.
By following the RoHS directive, we ensure that our products are safe to use and environmentally friendly, while also meeting the strict European standards for sustainability and responsibility.
Additionally, all our little friends have no sharp edges or loose parts, ensuring they are safe for children.
Are they waterproof?
No, they are not waterproof, so please keep them away from water to avoid damaging the product.
What are they made of?
Our friends are made from silicone (silica gel) and ABS plastic, with an LED light source.
The silicone and ABS used is free from harmful toxins such as BPA, BPS, phthalates, and microplastics, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly product.
How are they cleaned?
Our friends are not waterproof, but it’s okay to use a damp cloth to wipe the product clean. Just make sure not to immerse it in water to avoid damaging it.
What is the products lifespan?
Our night lights have a lifespan of 50 000 hours, meaning If you use the lamp for 8 hours a day, it will last about 17 years.
Are they portable?
Our lamps are designed with portability in mind — you simply charge them up, and once fully charged, they don’t need to be plugged in. That means no cords holding you back. You can easily take them anywhere, whether it’s outdoors, on a trip, or moving around your home.
How long does the light stay on?
One full charge lasts over 50 hours on low light and over 10 hours on bright light. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the lamp, so you’ll have plenty of cordless light whenever you need it!
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. However on our sister website titt-ut.se we ship within Sweden, and we hope to expand our shipping to the entire EU in the near future. Thank you for your patience and support as we grow!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $6, however if you purchase for over $99 you are eligible for free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post or a local courier to deliver our parcels to AUS. All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Shipping within AUS takes between 3-7 business days.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel after order?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact form. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may still be able to cancel it or update the delivery address in time.
However, if the parcel has already been dispatched, cancellation or address changes will no longer be possible. In that case, you’ll need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund.
Haven't received your delivery?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us via our contact form. We’ll be happy to look into what has happened and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been packed and sent, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Why haven’t I received my tracking information yet?
Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours after your order is dispatched. If it’s been longer and you still haven’t heard anything, please reach out via our contact form and we’ll be happy to assist.
My package is delayed — what should I do?
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we're here to help! First, check your tracking link for the latest updates. If the package still hasn’t moved or you’re unsure about the status, please contact us through our contact form and we’ll look into it right away.
Returns
How do I start a return?
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us via our contact form. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is faulty or damaged, and we request it be returned for inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us via our contact form. We’ll guide you through the next steps and make it right — in all cases, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please get in touch via our contact form as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include a photo of the incorrect item you received. We’ll make it right by sending you the correct product at no extra cost.
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
Yes, sale and discounted items can be returned as long as they meet our standard return criteria (unused and within 30 days of delivery).
How will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
